Jagex account issue

i have been playing on my j launcher and today i was surprised with this message " Sorry, your account has been disabled."

i am trying to figure out what happened but i haven't received any emails regarding this

hey there! Normally if an account is disabled it’s because there were characters on your account which were not created by you and recovered by the original owner.
