on September 9th I was hacked in my personal account, which is more than 4 years old, and I have been banned for a reason (bot) which I am not, I have had my account for years and I have taken care of all the existing rules of the game, I truly feel great sadness to lose my account, which I have dedicated many years to, please help me I ask you.

I sent an appeal, which was rejected. I really think it is very unfair on the part of the JAGEX company.

You should be able to appeal a second time https://jgx.game/OffenceAppeal- but if you have no more appeals available there's nothing we can suggest 🙁
