The amulet is a forgotten about item, that could be tweaked. I think farming is due for a large update. New added content and tweaks. But for me personally, i can't obtain amulet of bounty. So I don't worry about it much.

@wanton haven changing the amulet from 25% chance for 2 seeds saved to 50% chance for 1 seed returned is the same number. My suggestion just adds a 5% chance to herb seeds as well
