Should I be worried if the "We’re aware of an issue where some Slayer tasks may be assigned without meeting the required unlocks or Slayer level." says "Hotfixed" and after the hotfix it seems I still got this bug.
60 slayer, got a task from Konar to do Black Dragons in the Catacombs, only ones in there are Brutal, so I need 77 slayer. Currently stuck in limbo with this task.

You can send in a bug report right now by right clicking the report abuse button in-game, and hopefully it will be fixed soon
If it is a widespread issue I'm sure it will be looked at quicker

I'm not sure if this was part of the hotfix and I missed it or a new one - but it is solved, so this might help others.
I kept clicking "assignment" to see if I'd get a new one, but this time I just talked to Konar and she led with something like "this task is not suitable for you - ill change it to taverly dungeon"
Then it was all good and well and I completed it in Taverley
