Just made jagex account

I just made the jagex account and a new char and tried to log in, but asks for a 6 digit authenticator code which i've never had. I made a character meaby couple of years ago, but stopped played because of interest and it seems to be banned now, dont know why and i dont care. But the problem is when im trying to login and play with the new character it asks that authenticator code which i've never had.

Hi there, the authenticator is something that was previously used as an additional security step. there is a pretty wordy link here, but you can remove the authenticator if you don't want it.
