Not sure if this is accurate or whatever but I think theirs something to do with bank settings for the game itself. Specifically the time in ticks actions are able to be made when interacting with actions related to banking being different amount of tics like moving an item has its own time it takes seperate from the bank scrolling seperate from default bank actions. Banks like a tic behind actions with every action you do. Maybe related to pvp and banking in general if I had to guess but could be wrong . Does make user actions seem a bit behind noticeably sometimes when with trying to interact with the bank and items because the different action times thing etc. Doing banking actions fast like opening the bank - clicking to withdraw an item - then clicking the close button on the bank will just be a tic behind regardless so if you click something in your inventory too quick when closing the bank the action won’t register.. stuff like that
