Clicking the "high alch" icon that you can clearly see should cancel the high alch spell.

believe this is a known issue and a duplicate of a couple other threads.
I believe the only fix for now is enabling cancel options

With most other things I have seen people talk about there's always something you can click to cancel it. Here there's nothing
