So i was thinking about making a quest about the Falador Massacre. Real O.G's will know..
A story about who killed the innocent villagers inside of Falador. And we have to find the guy who did it... Lets be honest... Durial321 made history.
Combine the quest with several skills. like Combat/Thieving/Herblore/Runecrafting..

If you want to pitch a quest, you probably should work story into it than just "combine it with skills" "oh yeh durial is the bad guy"
I enjoy quest, it seems like writing the good ones takes quite some time, should atleast give them a bigger base as to the storyline you are interested in. Your suggestion sounds more like a holiday event
