I appreciate the work you have put into this post, but it just seems tedious having to go to the house every time i need to change the runes in my runepouch, rather than just stay in the bank where everything for my setup already is at.
I wouldnt mind it being in the game, but i just dont think i would use it, at the current suggestion

i agree that it would barely be used because its just very inconvenient when gearing up at a bank for a slayer task or boss or raid or pvp or whatever. Wouldnt mind it existing but i think thats too much effort for too little gameplay gain

this is almost certainly useless for most players and only really helpful for UIMs

Looking at the implementation of potion storage I don’t even want that, and this is just an even worse potion storage that makes you go to your poh. It seems useless to normal players and extremely catered to and unneeded and undesirable for balance for UIM
