As it turns out all RuneLite plugins are vetted by Jagex and especially for how long this has existed Jagex is clearly fine with it

Also you suggestion wouldnt stop bots from being able to easily see imps and take them, so it litteraly just means that it lowers the chance that a regular person gets the imp
