Ironclad would gladly have you. We are largely iron based but we accept all members. When it comes to advise on a ironman we get questions asked a lot in the clan chat throughout the day and people are willing to help out. We do host events but they are never mandatory and you can say how much you may participate.

The events we do are broad in range so it ranges from Skilling bosses like WT/Temp so any account can help to the late game PVM. Which we are currently in the process of signups for our Battleship event.
