Already banned on the osrs leagues server, using it in a legit way should be fine but mocking people with it is transphobic.
I'm not personally affected by this either way but this should be an inclusive community imo.

No one was using it to be transphobic, I see no reason why base discord emojis should be banned because of the possibility of something happening.

And it's definitely transphobic, not because someone intended to offend transmale community, but because they disregard how they are speaking about pregnant men, as if it is something you should be ashamed of 🤷
If you're arguing that people aren't using it in an offensive way then maybe you need to not worry about it, as I don't think you're paying attention :D
