Self-Explanatory. A LOT of NPCS seemingly have the same cape, and we can't dye our cape of legends... Why can't we do that?

Come on Jagex. Let us use dyes on them. I want a purple cape of legends!

i was against the quest cape "blends" because it was proposing like 30 different capes get a quest icon on it, but this is just.. nice

its one of the more unique capes in the game, and is one of the first true quests outside of rfd and mm1 that feels like an achievement

One of my most favourite (looking) capes in the game. The fremmenik cloaks arguably look like the best solid colour capes, and legend capes should follow suit, colour wise
