Allow the chat mods / volunteers to review player cases for merit to send direct to jmods, such as false perm bans/denied appeals. This would be helpful in certain scenarios since player led support only goes so far and would only apply to a small amount of players who have no option left where copy/paste out of touch responses from jagex dont address the issue.

Chat mods dont need specific account details/info. Just details surrounding the offences. They would be triaging this for jmods to then review if deemed acceptable.
I have a false ban on my account and there are plenty others on twitter, some of which gain enough traction to be squashed. Unless you hit the twitter lottery, most players (myself included) are truly left with no options available to them.

A non-jagex mod would not have sufficient details to ever be able to make this decision. You're saying limited details but idk anyone who would want limited details going in to a review for banning/unbanning an account.

Then the question becomes, how many false, false bans (reviewed incorrectly) until someone is deemed unfit for reviewing the cases? Furthermore, if they have limited details and review incorrectly, is that really their fault?

Everything here is just a lose lose. Leave it to the team as they have the most amount of information.

i dont think you've read the post correctly. they will only be making a decision as to whether or not a players' case has merit to go to a jmod direct for a further review on their offence(s). Criteria such as time played/mutual followers/friends/circumstances/screenshots etc would all be factors adding to credibility for a case. Theres always going to be people lying etc to get a chance at review but those would likely get weeded out quick. Having this route is a better solution than no option.

For example: 'He Who Iron' got a false ban & took him awhile on twitter to get that sorted. He then got another false ban recently and is stuck tweeting jmods for help yet again. He is followed by Ayiza and Pugger / content creators so something like this would be sent over for review.

Yep. And its clear jagex doesnt care so this is the best solution.

If jagex didn't care people wouldn't get unbanned. I'm still confused as to how this would work so maybe some additional examples may help. The proposal here is to allow chat mods or volunteers to review player cases for merits and send them directly to the jmods. Your proposal suggests that jagex would need to provide details surrounding the offence, but not too many details, in order for these volunteers to assist. Once they have these details, they then send it to a jmod saying that it is more likely to be a valid case and that it should be reviewed...after someone has already sent them "just details surrounding the offence". Why would whoever is providing "just the details surrounding the offence" send this information to someone to interpret "not all of the data", just for it to come back to a jmod to review? You're effectively tripling the amount of work right?

Heres another example since u dont seem to understand lol

I got 567+ days played on my account, 1b+ total xp, maxed, stream osrs, followed by other content creators. Im currently stuck tweeting at jmods for help on a false perm ban, which came after 2 false perm mutes. the chat mods/volunteers would assess the case for merit based on the details/proof i provide - if these details are sufficient they would send my rsn to a jmod which would then manually review my acc and provide some communication back to me - ie. ban has been squashed or adjusted from perm to 2 weeks

right now the system is tweet at jmods for a lottery chance of help. it doesnt work.

I am just going to post this in here - images can easily be faked/evidence outside of what Jagex is given and can see. That is why they aren't allowed during the appeal portion.
