Flames of Zammy -> Fire
Claws of Guthix -> Earth
Saradomin Strike -> Air

These spells are also part of the standard spellbook and have been underpowered for quite awhile. This could breath some new life into them

they would have to redesign the Charge spell or remove it for this, but I like the idea

Fire Surge max hit is 6 lower than those spells with charge, which feels unfair
