There's a reason they stepped the moons task down from needing you to wear a full armour set. The tasks we have with specific gear requirements are already not the best and we don't need more.

Defeat The Leviathan. You cannot cast any spells and cannot lose any prayer points until the enrage phase.

The great tasks are basically nostalgia-based (Verac’s at KQ), tier-based (low-tier gear ToA expert kc) or thematic but not tied to a specific gear item (morytania only tob, moons allowing any weapon) and tied to the same content/area that the item comes from with a relatively low-tier and accessible gear item (or a salamander lol). I don’t think the vast majority of these tasks are particularly enjoyable nor engaging, so I don’t feel we need more of them. Primarily these tasks are just killing the boss the same way, but slower, except for some stuff like Morytania only ToB
tl;dr These tasks are more annoying than enjoyable/beneficial
