Of course it has! Despite requiring the Elite Morytania diary, the herb patch isn't even protected! The kourend Easy diary protects the entire farm patch, and the Civitas herb patch requires intermediate glory, but this cursed island doesn't even have a flower patch to protect it's singular allotment
Suggestion - move the Harmony herb patch reward to Hard, and add herb protection to the Elite diary
after all, access to the hard diary is already gated behind the quest

I was so excited when I first unlocked this patch when it was the last one I needed to unlock, and then really disappointed. It was too pricey or out of the way to make it become habitual to go to during herb runs. Would love to see this patch get some love.

It's not too expensive to put a portal or portal nexus tele to Harmony Island, makes it about as close to a tele as other herb patches
Then just tele to the next spot before cleaning, and clean your herbs on the way to the next patch, so that you don't have to deal with the stupid leprechaun on the other side of the fence

it might have just been my personal experience but when I unlocked the morytania elite diary I was still poor and didn't have a nexus or a good poh. I rushed diary cape right after quest cape.

I have 5 portals set up for herb runs, (Weiss, Troll stronghold, Catherby, Harmony, and Fenkenstrain's castle) and both the Morytania patches are the furthest runs. Both Troll patches are protected through the quest that grants them, and the Catherby patch gives increased yield. It feels odd that the final "unlockable"/diary patch doesn't have any sort of bonus aside from "you can actually use it"
