We are a clan of 450, spread across the globe. We have a big pocket of NA players, I’d say at any given time throughout the day there’s 50+ members on easily. I too am EST based, old timer playing rs, have been on and off since high school days.
Voice chat is entirely dependant on the activity at hand. Can be just your duo raid, to larger events where there’s a dozen or so at least listening to the voice chat.
We have a weekly skill of the week, followed by boss of the week. Hunts with multiple clans, bingos scattered throughout the year, power hours here and there, and more.
Beating sins of the father with those stats is big!

We have casual players and maxers. We are super wholesome and learner friendly and are active in-game and on discord. You'll hang out with us while PvMing, in clan chat, and in voice calls. We also have lots of events-- learner raids, PvM bingos, Boss of the Weeks, Skill of the Week, PvM relays, competitions with other clans, and more. We are very active in-game and on discord, especially during NA and EU peak hours. We're a great place to grow and learn and make friends. To answer your question, we tend to have 30-40 people online at a time during NA/EU hours and at least 1-2 pretty active discord. We are big enough to have people actively participating in a wide range of PvM and other activities throughout the EU and NA peak hours, but small enough to know and trust each other. You can check out our skill of the week and boss of the week schedules on wiseoldman.net, and we also have a variety of other events as described in my post throughout the year.
