jagex has been trying with things like forestry/sailing i believe will also be very social

Had jagex ever hosted its own fashion scale competition? Where players can submit a screenshot of their character to twitter or what not and have some jmods and/or content creators judge and have some sort of incentive? Maybe a cool cape or something for the winners.

I agree with you and I also think Jagex is making a good job with introducing new social features into the game. Like the woodcutting despawn change from 1/8 to a set timer to allow more people to cut the same tree, the change in shooting stars to make them deplete at a constant rate no matter how many players mine the same star.
