I want to learn to do raids. Can somebody help me or join me for this journey?

Hi, I am a lvl 105 main account looking to start getting into raids. I ideally want to form a group that once comfortable, I can grind out raids with me. Experienced or not, all are welcome to join me for this journey.

My stats/gear might not all be there so if someone has any suggestions on what I need to improve, that would also be appreciated.
