Can we consider removing the weapon change penalty? The proposed version of the axe is that it will lose all stacks upon either not attacking for 10 ticks or changing weapons. I think the former is a good enough restriction and would encourage keeping track of your attack cooldown which is an avenue of skill expression. You could consider which attacks you could fit in on your target before using the axe again.

My concern is why we're pushing a 2h slash weapon when the one we already have ingame is half the cost of other raid megarares.
Why does a weapon rewarded from quest bosses have the ability compete with a raids?
by that logic... why does virtus deal more damage than ancestral?
They really should be making any rewards from DT2 as appealing to get and use as possible, people need some reason to get excited about it again.
I think this suggestion is fair, would make the axe less dead on arrival
it would be a cool idea to scrap the slash attack ring and replace it with an upgrade to lightbearer to stop spec resetting when you equip a seperate ring
no one on the planet will put the str bonus ring on each scythe hit then put on lb
Let us imbue our character with a lightbearer as a reward from DT2
No but for real, I think either a second ring slot with some restrictions may become more appealing as time goes on
Like, what if second ring slot applied only to secondary effects of rings? So you could wear a suffering in the slot, but it would only act as a recoil, you could wear a ring of wealth and have the gold pickup effect on, lightbearer would work
No double dipping stat bonus rings
