You've seen the desperation of some individuals in that channel, even to the point where they become abusive. I'm not convinced an extra rule, that they likely won't read to begin with, will help.

Thanks for your feedback ^^ I agree, although it might be easier to end the conversation if people can cite the rules in this regard.

Stricter rules are not the way to go. Players who come in and ask for help are in what they feel is a hopeless situation. Support is often about answering the same questions over and over again
