OSRS is a great game cause it's about the journey not the destination. Max lvl isn't needed for even endgame content so you don't need the double xp to blitz through content like other games.

Slower XP makes unlocks feel more meaningful as they have a bigger impact on gameplay or just xp training methods, it makes gear more useful for longer periods of time. It makes the game overall much "nicer" than the games that do prioritize fast XP game

no there is a general answer to it. but you want to tell me to calc it. over all with no defense or weaknesses on targets it has an avg higher hit with waves spells according to calc. this is a general answer. there is a difference between a comment and an answer.

Assuming there are no defenses or weaknesses sounds like a bad idea for the staff that exploits enemy weaknesses to fire and water

In the quests I'm currently in the part where I need to Escord Ivan (need the Ivandis flail). Do you know what I'm doing wrong?
