We recognise that getting Cannonballs in sufficient quantities has been a pain point since launch. We added the Ancient Forge to speed up the smithing of cannonballs, but you've told us that the real problem is the amount of cannonballs per metal bar. Therefore we would like to separate the cannonballs used for the Dwarven Multicannon away from the cannonballs used for Sailing. The existing steel and granite cannonballs would be renamed to Dwarven cannonballs and Dwarven granite cannonballs respectively.
Remove that one word and absolutely nothing at all says the questions are even related

My big question about the new Ava style facility ties back into how they said they'll now allow cannons on the same side.

Say quiver and its varlamorian tech only saves say 75% compared to assemblers 80%. Quiver IS really strong its a lot of accuracy and an inv slot in some cases

Magic has rune cost balanced per staff/spell.
To say that no other civilization in the world besides ava could have stumbled upon magnets or any other form of saving cannonballs is just lazy

Cannon balls isnt the problem, the problem is the damage reduction on the monsters and the lack of rewards for ship combat. cannon balls add to the problem, because you waste so many trying to deal subpar damage to stuff with drop rates in the 1/1k+
The big tragedy is that they're polling the cannonball facility instead of the other changes that already succeeded polls, because they view the question about splitting cannonballs as saying "no" to the other cannonball changes when they're not really even related questions

They will probably poll on the stuff that they decide to actually use of the island idea. I just wish they would poll what things in the island the community is actually interested in instead of just assuming we would or wouldn't like it. There were a lot of great ideas that were thrown around that would fill a useful hole in the game/give a decent alternative to the current meta.

I recently did Vale totems on my iron to get the knife and it was good content, i even did it on DMM to get the knife and spool + the crazy exp it gives.
GF has also been amazing addition good way to use up addy and rune plates from pvming for smithing exp thats chill

I've mentioned Aerial Fishing to Arcane as a t arget for summer sweep-up this year, whether we do anything there isn't set in stone but I'd like to see us take a pass at it, it's one of my favourite methods but it definitely has some issues (its only real function being that it's technically macro-efficient to do for Angler Outfit and Fishing/Hunter XP at a really specific point in progression, but otherwise is just sort of there)
would also love to see us look at Drift Net because it's so sick and Irons will just never experience the joy of drift net fishing 🙁
would be cool to add a unique like another type of big fish to drift net

Heyo! Since it passed the poll, UIM cargo hold changes will happen, however it's a QoL update and we're currently focusing on ship combat fixes, which is a huge priority. But like I said, UIM cargo changes will happen and we'll do our best to get it out as soon as possible 🙂

Thank you for the response! Sorry, I don't really follow this reasoning. When I do Shades of Mort'on I usually collect all my shades first then run them from Burgh bank to Mort'on. So emptying the coffins into the bank would be very helpful. Why isn't it considered a container?

It's a bit hidden, best way to see is to equip it then it's on the right click menu when equipped
Otherwise it's configure > open/close
The reason I say to equip it is that it's difficult to see from the model if it's open or close, but the right click menu will tell you the current state i.e. if you have the option to close it's currently open

The scythe hit that would have happened on the tick of the special happens visually after it, followed by the normal next attack
Actually the same thing is happening in the movement one. The character is animation stalled by the special but has already begun moving towards the clicked tile, the red click click then acts based on that position.
Really weird bug, nothing is done incorrectly, but the feedback of it is delayed and it looks bad

Yama had the speedtime over 5 kc and it was interesting to learn how to tank specials. The time isnt free, but it also isn’t super hard, which is why it’s dumb that Gull CAs are so free.

But the stall seems purely visual. I think it explains what's happening pretty well. The reason the character paths to the other side of the boss is because the server has calculated the character as having moved closer to the other side even though visually they haven't.
It also would explain the strange behavior with the scythe swings. It calculated the attacks during the stall, and then played them out afterwards
If you were actually stalled during the animation you wouldn't get the two quick scythe attacks, nor would you path to the other side of the boss.
