The point we are making is that what you are calling a small QoL change powered by this item actually skips over or invalides a pretty substantial amount of travel unlocks via quest unlocks and such, as well as massively devalues an elite diary, and probably a bunch more stuff. I can understand that in the 1 situation you considered before dying on this hill for this idea, it seemed balanced. But that kind of mentality gets you RS3 very, very quickly. This game is a quarter century old, nothing is ever that simple sadly

In order for projectile swapping to actually work, you (apparently) need to use the plugin to transmog an item into itself, then apply custom data to that transmog
The input slot can grab from your equipment, so you can just slap the quadrant in there, but the output slot requires a search input, and the shadowflame quadrant simply doesn't appear in the provided list due to how new it is
