With Kand, you can use minion to kill mith dragons. That gives you dragon bones noted while you hunt for draconic visage for dragon fire shield (400 points to smith & equip) and chewed bones (400 points to equip dragon full helm)

I would only say ES if you're going melee which it seems like you arn't with those regions, in which case soul harvest is 50m prayer/rcing and your best rcing solve for base 90/95 tasks, larc gets you 99 thieving easy but I can't think of any major tasks in those regions that require alot of thieving outside of pp which i'm not sure is even affected by it

I have +235% from pacts which gives me about a 75% chance to hit with cbow in full void on even the tankiest of enemies so you could defenitely get by with less, expecially if you have something like masori...I would say atleast 150%-200% without gutting the build

A lot of videos I've been doing Water Mage thorns are max pacts, I've only got 27 and I seem to struggle with bosses, I've got most barrows armours and 2 full sets, done fire cape and the fight challenge up to 3 jads and beat that, I've beat amox and huac but strugglging with Cerberus although that's more my mechanics really, what gear would be worth me grinding that'll see me through? I've also got trident
