So blindbag is only a +33.2% damage buff on average. Factor the 12% more damage (multiplicative, not addidtive) if you're 7 tiles away and Melee does 149.184% damage on average. Melee only gets a 50% damage increase?
Each hit is a minimum of 21 "if" it hits, so there is that. I guess

These guys reported that they were "investigating" the blue moon passive not working with blindbag and the extra melee distance perk... it is not on the "known issues" nor the "fixes" nor the "next release" anymore. Anyone know if they talked about not fixing it for some reason??

and in case someone asks... no it's not fixed. I respecced since I no longer saw it on the issue list, and it still isn't working.

I got 2 nox hallies (one to wield), a dh axe, the anchor, the ket-om, and a d hally for blindbag, but haven't actually tested it cause I'm still on my thorns/1h/mage build with prayer pen for completing things lime inferno and colo and cg
