It's 1/217 for just one piece of the sra. To clarify, it's a singluar drop on the drop table. When you roll it, you get a new piece you haven't gotten yet. All 4 pieces do not show up on the table at once so not 4/217.

I appreciate the nudge I got from here to get members and try out leagues, it has been a ton of fun so far, I didn't realize there was this much content inside of members. Just playing in Varlamore has given me days worth of content and it has been great.

That being said, I'm hoping for some advice on what content to tackle first to start getting more into the PvM side of stuff instead of mostly just skilling.

I haven't used any unlocks yet, so obv Karamja will be first, but as I have absolutely zero knowledge of bossing or honestly members content in general (I've fought Obor and Brutus before, and my members knowledge is limited to running an agility course in what I believe is Mory during a Prime week trial), and so I don't know which regions contain desired equipment, or which may be too tough, or which provide better skilling opportunities for any of the really long skill grinds.

I was considering running either the thorns build Faux showed off, or this Water/Air mage build I saw that heals a ton and puts out a ton of damage, but since I lack any knowledge of what type of build would be easier for a new player to run, I am open to whatever suggestions.

I took Barb Gather, Woodsman, Eye, Transmute, Larc, and Culling Spree so far, and was planning on reloading into Nature's Accord to make herb/farm a lot easier.

310/664 tasks completed for what's available in Varlamore.
10470 task points.
Total level 1634, with Mage/Hunter/Thieving at 99.
Just under combat 93, 5 pacts earned with 1 spent on center node.

Good for trying it out! think the build you mention that Faux is showing off is one of the best to aim for but you need the pacts to do it. I would say that if you wanted that build then you could copy Faux's regions Kandarin/Tiranwnn/Morytania

Generally just enjoy yourself and take the game play at your own pace

a reasonable thing to do would be as a water mage beating Jad for the extra pact once you've got some extras

Is there a way to force clue tasks to be more varied? Mediums have at least 5 spots I know of, yet like 80%+ of the time it's only asking to run between talking to Metla and digging west of the central bazaar. I have the stashes set up and the equips on for them, I don't mind running to those other task spots, or to Gloria even...
