Welcome to the Community Events Information and FAQ Channel!
We are pleased to announce that we are expanding the events of this discord server! What will the Community Events all entail? These events will be player led by your peers and have some Jagex Moderator involvement! These events will range from in game events like masses, mini games, parades, etc. to events outside of the server like Art contests! Want to get involved? Please read below on how to get involved in hosting!
What is a Community Ambassador?
- Community Ambassadors are established members of the community that help organize and host events for the discord server. They will help co-host members of the discord server events as they have proven to be positive members of the community.
How do I host an event?
- You may host an event by posting in #event-suggestions. The Events team will look at your event and determine if it is something that we can help host. We will have a template for you to fill out and organize any further details with you.
How do I take part in events?
- Anyone can join these community events! We will have a Friends Chat - 07discord that you should join for these events as information will be shared in this channel and communication amongst other members will happen in here for the event to run smoothly. We will have a temporary channel in the discord at the time of the event that will also be a space where information is share and where you can chat with other members. Make sure you opt into the "events" role to get pinged about all events happening.
