They might not meet the verification level for the server - if they go to one of the normal text channels it'll tell them in the text box whether they meet the requirement and if they don't, what steps they need to take in order to meet it.

Clan members can deposit money in the coffer which can then be used for whatever you want, that being said, it shouldn't be a problem as all the clans do it!
Where it can be iffy is if someone RWT'd the money they are donating then it can be flagged!

You can do a check when they joined and the bot automatically levels you up if you wanted. As for recommendations, I code my own bots mate so not too sure

For the first few weeks because you’re smaller try tailor events and stuff around things you’d normally be doing anyways so it’s not too much hassle, maybe add a few games to your server and achievements etc

The philosophy could maybe be a bit more personal? Why did you make a clan and what did you want a space for others to be a part of? For example for me it was I felt a lot of clans had too many rules and I wanted a more chill clan

I'd try recruiting like crazy in-game first too. I feel like a lot of people will come here looking for a mostly established clan. (Aside from a few outliers). Try and find friends in game and have them maybe guest to help boost some numbers for a while too.

You can't add a picture to an existing message, you'd have to either make a new message and attach the picture with it or post the picture in a second message below your original one.

There are lots of other great clans out there though so hope you can find one that fits what you're looking for.

There are a multitude of clans for F2P to choose from and their activities can similarly line up for what they do. The best practice is to browse the sections that apply to you and what precisely you are looking for. Once finding a clan that fits your overall objectives for playing the game, my recommendation is to at least give a clan you've joined a three month grace period. This insures that you are invested enough to make a fair assessment if it is in fact, the clan community you are looking for

Hi - a clan apparently assumed I was on a WDR watch list. I’m an active member of WDR and confirmed I have no flags. Regularly run cox with one of their mods.

They are basing it on a discord name I changed “tora g” the account with the name in osrs Tora G was flagged in 2016. It tracked as this person changed their name to “Skram”

I was apparently removed from a clan for this and there was info spread that I’m on a WDR watchlist which is false. Bit confused here, doesn’t seem to allow me to post any pictures

Because they see it as naming and shaming, i would suggest contacting the clan in question and WDR to vouch for you

Hi - WDR and RuneWatch both say it was cleared. Clan in question said they heard it from another clan, but I have no info on who that clan was. I assume there is a clan leader chat where this information was spread, which is pretty unfair for me.

There was a report in 2016 that they think was me, but that user changed their name several times ending in “Skram”…
