Thing is about pvm clans is that they often have higher requirements than what your average player in the server can offer. Which is why I always recommend a social clan and if they say that they want to be specifically in a pvm clan then I share the recruitment channel for pvm.

i noticed there is issues amost the vc users in this server, im not sure if the mods check this channel but there is a way to "create your own vc" and then it will dissapear when everyone leaves, it helps keep the vc less crowded and people can still go to a different one if they want. they also can add max amount of people that can join the channel if they want so a bunch of randoms cant join. just a suggestion that may or may not help

this can be used in addition to permanent voice channels btw. so there can always be ones there but there is an option for people to create their own to not have to join th eones already provided.
