i redownlaoded sansar, log in, pick a world..starts loading world and sansar crashes

hey el, could you grab me the latest log files, my initial guess would be something silly has happened if you had older clients although its meant to be fine i have had a few random people who needed to totally remove any old sansar files from their pc before installing the new one, it may be worth a full rip out, in the mean time could you grab the latest logs for me

what stage of loading does it seem to get too when it crashes

i cant find this log stuff, ill remove it again and try to redownload it again, should i use steam?

deleted everything again and got sansar from steam and it worked
