Hi Sansar
About a week ago I was on Sansar without any problems.
When I wanted to go back on a few days ago. The program searched
as so many times before for an update. But the installation program stalled and came up with the following error message:
"Failed to contact the alias service. Read operation. Requested resource is not found".
I uninstalled Sansar and downloaded a new installation program from your website and started the installation. I got the same error message again.
On another computer where Sansar is installed, I now tried to update.
It was with the same result.
What is wrong?
