The hair color picker in lookbook/avatar customization now appears to snap to the back after selecting a color. It used to remain in front for you to easily access and adjust until you made the final selection.

Maybe this was fixed? It is NOT happening to me anymore, but it was weird. I restarted the game and tried different hair/avatar bases to troubleshoot before leaving this ticket the other night. 🤷♀️ fyi i guess

I'll go check but I notice this bug happens to me when I choose an existing outfit and then pick a new avatar to dress up
nah it's not fixed at all lol
try it out yourself, edit existing outfit, choose a new avatar and the bug happens, the scale slider also bugs out
reloading can "fix" it
it's weird though as it doesn't seem to happen everytime
not sure what is triggering it
saving and going out of lookbook and then back into will also get it to work normally again

you're right! it hadn't happened to me since when i made the ticket. BUT, yes i just opened sansar and edited an old (saved) avatar look. tried to adjust the hair, works as expected. returned, started a NEW avatar (sansar female randomized) - tried to edit the hair. experienced the bug again. once you relaunch you can "fix it" but starting a new avatar will trigger the bug. i opened the same avatar i had edited the first time as expected, and was still experiencing the bug prior to relaunch
also i guess i mean "relaunch" i need to relaunch the entire platform in order to fix it and even that doesn't work 100% of the time 😬

possible cause found by engineers - any other confirmations welcomed, if wearing a MD clothing item the color picker remains in front when clicked, if wearing none it will go behind when clicked, wearing a md clothing item also fixes the buggy scale slider
- notes: color picker will still go behind if clicking off it onto the other UI panels
- hue panel missing still
