A curious friend, mentor, or acquaintance has mysteriously passed away after looking into something they shouldn't have. They have references to things that shouldn't exist, odd photos, half-translated notes, and pieces of journals. The majority would write it off as insanity. However, the evidence is inconclusive. The more you delve into the truth, the more unsettling it becomes: forbidden artifacts, missing expeditions, secret societies functioning in the background, ancient symbols appearing in various nations, and hints of something stirring beneath the surface of the contemporary world. Your quest will take you across continents, from bustling metropolises to isolated ruins, where each response raises additional queries. The people you encounter could be allies or something much worse. For reasons that are unknown to man, some truths were concealed.
