Description:
"Echoes of Honor" is a story that spans centuries, chronicling the tales of a bloodline of samurai who protect Japan through the ages. The campaign begins in the Mid Kamakura Era and concludes during the Meiji Restoration, covering five major periods, each marked by conflict against different invaders and enemies. (You will be playing at least 2-3 different characters because how far out each era spans.) The story follows the descendants of a legendary samurai family, each facing their own trials as they defend their homeland, honor, and the samurai code.
Era-Specific Combat: Each act introduces new combat mechanics, reflecting the evolving warfare styles from samurai swordsmanship to the use of firearms and Western/Eastern armor.
Morality: Choices made by the protagonist affect their honor, impacting relationships with allies and the outcome of the story.
Legacy System: The actions of previous protagonists influence future generations, affecting the world and the challenges faced in each subsequent era. As this is heavily inspired by Ghost Of Tsushima things are bound to go a different direction if even caused by the smallest choices.
