You've been given an early copy of a VR game called Voltagia. You boot it up, make your character, and play it for a while. While playing it, you feel a zap in the back of your head. Later the next day, you, and several others across the globe, die while going about their day. The tie between them? Voltagia. Now, you and the others are in the game, and are told that this would be their new home until someone gets to the top of the 100 tier spire.
