Description:
Strixhaven University was founded centuries prior by five ancient dragons who mastered the magic of a newborn world before the age of man grew too big for their own good.
They, upon seeing the destruction of uneducated casters and the loss of history brought about by fiery wars realized that only through disciplined study would magic be safe in the hands of men. They founded Strixhaven to facilitate that study, and each dragon built a college based upon a primal form of magic mastered by them alone.
Each equipped with its own campus, faculty, and students, Strixhaven's five colleges continue to cover a vast array of academic and magical specialties -- drawing promising young mages from all over the world.
It's a magical school system, with players playing out four years of study filled with courses, field trips, clubs, adventures, and the potential to form bonds with your fellow students. For better or worse, this particular batch of students shows promise to shake Strixhaven’s very foundations right to the core. No one will have seen you coming, and for that you are grand.
Strixhaven students are said to have always gone on to do something Great, which is why so few seem to make it to graduation. Admission alone is a cutthroat affair, and though thousands may apply, only a few impress the faculty enough to be spoken for.
You’ve been accepted into Strixhaven, the most prestigious of all magical schools by your own mettle. Whether you’re a commoner who scraped their way to the top, or a promised pupil heralded with their entry — all walks of life are now welcomed into the school…if you can impress the professors during your entrance exam.
