The Year is 2003, and while Japan is not the only country with cursed energy they do indeed possess a monolith due to the existence of Satoru Gojo. It is for this reason that the other cursed countries of the world have sent some of their most… “promising” students to Japan to train under the illustrious Taro Masakado, a special grade sorcerer who once held the title of “The Exception” before the birth of Satoru.
While in Japan this group of Exchange Students will find themselves facing greater challenges and far more serious threats than ever before. Do these young sorcerers have what it takes to survive in a world with an energy far surpassing their own?
