Campaign Name: Across Gaia and Under Heaven

System: Not sure, but something rules-lite hopefully. Honestly this is the last thing I would hope be a deal breaker given this is an Rp-Heavy campaign, but I do wish for players that are flexible and open minded to ideas
Date/Time: Saturday 11am Pacific (though Sunday works too and time is flexible)
Time Zone: Pacific, but be sure you are open to chatting with group off-session times too to hang out. Chemistry makes for better campaigns!
Available Spots: 3-4
Preferred Player Experience: Anything, just be creative and willing to learn how to roleplay if you don't
Preferred Player Age: 18+ (dark matter will be regular enough to justify this)

Description: (Your characters will be pre-teens between 10-13 or so to start, think Stranger Things and such)
Imagine Pokemon Legends Arceus truly explored as a compelling setting... now add in youth protagonist horror/trauma and that is the angle I am looking at. A completely unique setting inspired by Yokai designs across the board within a medieval/spiritual fantasy world, where every mortal has a Spirit Companion bonded to them from birth (His Dark Material/Golden Compass kinda)

Distinct humans ranging from steampunk expansionists with Iron Harvest styled mechs, to ancient druids ranging from several cultures under the world deity, to hybrid spirits (basically cooler Genasi from D&D), and finally androids from the past... technically but you didn't hear it from me

Where does this story begin? Well, with you wanderlust in this endless world formed by the Spirit-Well

To clear the air this is not a "pokemon" campaign, yes it has designs used sometimes but there is no capturing, no battles like the games, etc, etc. It is a yokai campaign more so, which do happen to involve pokemon designs, just making sure everyone is understanding in that regard

Can you handle dark themes and tones? I am fine with people given they are mature and keep the rp in the rp, no irl politics and bs like that. I am 23 and when I was in high school... yeah, those people are fricken insane XD
