It is the 11th century. The Emperor, as big a fool as he is, has recently lent his crown and authority over after losing a game of chance in a gambling home. Staying to his word, he exiled himself, far from where his confidants could find him. Now, with the power extended to the horrible crime boss Watari, the land of Rokugan has now become the "Higanbana Kingdom." The Great Clans have been driven back to mere encampments, and their numbers are low; ronin are far more ubiquitous now.
Will we find him? Will we cut down the traitor sitting upon the Emerald Throne? Who knows..?
Looking for 4 players in this PBP game. This is a newb-friendly game, so I don't expect anyone of any particular skillset, though I would prefer players that have played RPGs in general as to adjust their expectations and adapt well enough.
