Description: The Temerian capital of Vizima has fallen under a tidal wave of black and gold.
You were there. You saw everything. The Black Ones didn’t even bother lobbing rotten cows and soldier’s heads over the walls. The Nilfgaardian war machine hit the walls of the capital and suddenly everything was blood and steel. Screaming and death.
You managed to drag yourself out of that hell and head north. With Nilfgaardian scouting patrols hounding the few survivors of the massacre you’ve stopped recognizing the deep forest and rural towns you’re passing through. Only when you hit the swamp did you realize you were near the Pontar River. Now all that’s left is to cross and look for shelter in Redania.
Hey this is a One-shot in the world of the Witcher using the Witcher TTRPG system. I haven't GM'd it before so im using this as a way to try out the system and decide on doing a full campaign using it. If you wanna try it out as well and are a fan of the Witcher this is for you.
Your Goal is to cross the Pontar River to the safety of the kingdom of Redania, expect it to not be as easy as it appears to be at face value though. Monsters lurk in its depths and in wartime, paranoia runs high making monsters not your only foe.
The character sheets are already Pre-generated with stats and class picked. The race, name and backstory are up to you if you choose to play.
The classes to pick from are: Witcher, Man-At-Arms, Mage, Criminal, Doctor and Bard.
