Ashen Lands were once inhabited by a magocracy, every bit of their life involved magic. Their empire had flying cities decorating the skies but on the day of scourging, every single person within the area simply disappeared, cities on the sky crashed to the ground, their inventions lacking maintenance died off. A huge chunk of land, once covered in magical lights suddenly went dark. For the next century, the remaining nations feared the cause and avoided approaching the Ashen Lands. This changed with the new prince of the Sphinx Empire(Humans) deciding to send adventurers to stake out a claim and secure a region for settling. This reaction caused the two neighboring nations, Evergreen Kingdom(Elves) and The Federation(Other races) to sponsor their own adventurers.
Player Characters
The player characters are an expeditionary force tasked with mapping out a certain area and deciding whether it is appropriate for an expeditionary base. The current group is made out of a summoner, a bloodrager(Tank), An alchemist(Support),A bard.
What I am looking for:
-Players who wish to interact with the setting and don't try to resolve everything with copious amounts of violence.
-Players who do not min-max but also do not become a detriment to the group due to wanting to make something flavorful. (We can discuss how we can add the flavor you want to your character without weakening your character. )
-Players that are not needlessly edgy. While some brooding is fine I don't want
--A)Lone wolves that need no one. (Intentional grammar error.)
--B)Constant dissing at everything.
--C)Being hostile to every NPC.
