I feel you but people been saying its over for years now 
from what I tell there's 2-3k active players at most. Its not the same vision for sure.
Old tacticool was military tactical Sim, modern tacticool is through the roof, over-the-top, crazy broken build, battle-playground.
I think the its the 2.0 economy being broken is what has everybody frustrated and burned out.
The game can be fun but pzd needs to let players grind their accounts again.
Their constant scam tactics are the annoyance

Well that is one way of looking at it. Another way of looking at it is that PZD took all of the equity that their customers put into this game and then traded it ( and PZD integrity) for quick money through instant high ranking weapons and operators that used to take many hours and often many dollars to earn to that high level.
Dont you see that the work that players put into your game was the woven fabric that held the teams and guilds together and gave this game character integrity and purpose. Players like myself enjoy playing a game where we have earned our position through loyalty and effort. It makes the experience feel life like. In reality, if you work hard and put in the effort, you stand a good chance at achieving a higher rank , respect and distinction amongst your peers and advisories.
When you made achievements such as elite operators and powerful weapons just a matter of coin, it cheapened the experience and spit in the faces of your most loyal customers.
To add insult to injury, the fact that you fail to address that this even happened is the calling card of low integrityand greed.
Just honor your customers and player base that built this game into the money printing machine that it is.
