While the Round Robin effect was active, I played 'Bookmark'. My teammate then took their turn. I then followed it up with 'Anamnesis'. In the previous game this would result in me obtaining two active stacking Anamnesis effects, but while Round Robin was active I only got one stack.

This bug can be reproduced with other cards as well. It just seems the effect of 'Bookmark' is negated during Round Robin.

It's not "my" turn. It's the player turn. All players play their cards during their turn, whether they are forced to do it in a certain order or not. What you're describing is a sudden shift in the established foundation of gameplay mechanics.
