Sometimes, it's nice having that feedback that you are dispensing countermeasures. (Sometimes it can be hard to hear the sound of dispensing countermeasures through the loud engines, gunfire, missile lock tone, RWR, other Betty callouts, etc.). This is realistic to the F-16, as it also calls out "chaff, flare" when dispensing CMS. I also realize that Betty constantly saying "flare" might be annoying to listen to, which is why I think it should be optional.
Most importantly, I think it would be good if Betty said "flare, low" and "flare, out" when when low on flares and when empty of flares respectively.
