This happened 3 times in a row. I don't know if it'll persist across me restarting the game but I'm going to go make some food before I try again

This reminds me a while back when the AI used to get stuck on the runway. I wonder if something similar is happening here

Absolutely no clue how to repro this if it just doesn't keep happening but when it happens I think it won't go away till (hopefully) a restart or something
