Its called Concatenate, it was a short 2D pixel art platformer where you go around collecting statues to get new movement mechanics and go through levels

Thats totally understandable Prince. Its good that you know about your triggers though, that way you can actively avoid what gets you started in an episode. Its really overwhelming getting talked to like that, and i know its hard to handle, but always remember that you're better than whatever people throw at you!

Thats true yeah, its not easy to avoid that stuff. Sometimes i find that giving myself mental compliments, even if i dont actually mean em, helps distract me. One time i just repeated to myself in my head "Im awesome, im awesome, im awesome", even though i didnt actually believe it myself. But it helped to distract me, gave me something to focus on, and took the sting out of their words. Maybe you could try thinking about that : ) but you dont have to!
