@stuck crystal i wouldnt recommend trying to do anything hardware-wise with a laptop, theyre purposely built to be compact and everything specifically placed to take up as little room as possible, which makes it difficult for even people with hardware experience to work on them. if its still in warranty i would send it to the manufacturer to take a look at, especially since you said it doesnt have a removable battery. you could back up your hard drive to an external drive if you have one or to google drive/dropbox so you know your files are safe

I just am so scared I need to make sure it's fine. Probably just battery was displayed wrongly at it usually shows it should work 3h on full battery but works kinda 2h and I realized it did it around 3h after I turned it on.

ok heres a couple things you could try:
- go into the device manager and find the batteries section, right click the one in there (might be microsoft acpi-compliant) and update the battery driver
- go to settings, update and security, troubleshoot, find 'power' in there and run the troubleshooter, then restart your computer
- recalibrate the battery by charging it to 100%, let it run all the way to dead and then charge it back to 100%
im not on windows 10 myself so i cant test the veracity of these but if none of them work, it may be a hardware issue and would need external fixing
