"The "game" consists of just a book with pages that turn, with lazy and horribly hard puzzles because of a lack of information, and therefore unfair.
For example, once the key "ANGEL / DEMON" is obtained, there is no indication on how to use it, you're supposed to understand alone that you need to take the letter which is between 2 other letters ... So AC means B, and BF means D.
There is no creativity or interaction and it's just not fun.
But if it was just that, I would not ask for a refund after spending 40 hours on it ...
I kept trying to decipher those puzzles where there was only half of the information to solve them (even if the game is based on internet research), because I had the hope of being rewarded for my hours of research ...
But not even that... The final puzzle just asks to turn the pages in a certain sequence, and the game is "finished" when ||we get a note that tells us to go to a church in England (which is obviously fake because the presumed author of the note in question died several centuries ago)||
The "end" of the game is a fake cliff hanger that does not even congratulate us on our research, and leaves us incomplete, because we have learnt absolutely nothing in the end, in this quest of puzzles to understand the truth ...
The fact that this game is at the same price as the Rusty Lake games, which are also puzzle games, but with a story, and a real sense of advancement and achievement, made with a real interface of interaction , beautiful graphics and a lot of passion, is almost an insult."
